This review is long overdue. I hired Daniel to expand our deck in our newly purchased house in 2019. We did not really know what we wanted or how to go about it. I planned on getting 3 estimates to get 3 opinions on how it could be done. Daniel was the first estimate and after talking with him we liked him so much and what he was going to do we did hired him for the job. He custom built an extension on our deck that everyone who sees comments on. It is ornate, aesthetic and functional. Along with the masonry work the gutters on the house needed to be redesigned. He trenched a gutter and connected it to a drainage system I started but was to overwhelmed to complete. He completed it and now the house's drainage problem are corrected. He also did a very thorough job for us by also addressing other masonry work we needed around the house. Another problem we had was animals underneath our shed. He corrected that issue by installing concrete blocks under it. It worked so well I had him come to my mother's house and do the same thing to her shed. At my mother's at had him look at a broken wrought iron gate that my carpenter and a mason had repaired but had broken again. I thought he would have to replace the newer (about 2 years old) concrete blocks so the gate would finally shut. He repaired the gate to the concrete. The gate did not shut so he cut the gate refitted it and welded and painted it. It was the perfect repair! I watched him doing part of it and it gave me a good feeling because I could see he enjoyed his work!

Daniel did phenomenal work installing our hot tub slab. He is an expert at masonry and went above and beyond what was expected. He removed a stump, and professionally graded the ground to ensure everything looked perfect...he even trenched a drain for the gutter. On top of his work ethic, Daniel is a top-notch communicator and is very transparent on prices. I have had multiple people comment on the high quality of this slab and how it blends in with our existing concrete work; definitely very skilled and enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend going with Daniel...as he is passionate about doing the best work possible and is someone you can trust.

Daniel is well knowledgeable of his work. The concrete slab in our backyard is great and heavy duty ready for our swim spa He is very responsible & worked with us to what we really wanted even in cold weather Our swim spa is coming today & I will upload that picture as soon as it’s up Thanks a bunch!

I was new to the area and needed someone I could trust to get some smaller jobs done. I basically interviewed Dan over the phone and felt immediately comfortable with him. He did not let me down. He knew how to approach the grading, where concrete was needed and what equipment he needed to bring in. He was on time, left the house clean and was extremely professional. His pricing was fair too. I consider him a member of our family now. I highly recommend Dan for all your landscaping needs.

I needed my 40 yr old patio blocks around my inground pool removed, leveled, and put back in an offset pattern. Daniel was here for 8 days by himself doing the work of 4 people. The amount of stone, dirt, and sand he removed was enormous, most of it done by wheelbarrow. The patio blocks alone weighed about 40 lbs each. He did a meticulous job not only with leveling the blocks but also made precision cuts to fit around intricate angles. He had to dig down and remove 4 - 5 inches of sand all around the pool, then replace the area with trap rock and pea like stone, compress them, and put back all the blocks in an offset pattern. He finished it off by power washing the entire patio to remove 40 yrs of baked on mold/algae. The patio surrounding my pool looks brand new now. He then brought in 2 truckloads of loam to spread and reseed the lawn where it took a beating from the heavy wheelbarrow & Durango track marks. Absolutely incredible and beautiful job at a very reasonable price. If anyone needs any type of stone or patio work done, you need to hire Daniel. For his young age he had the wisdom and experience of a 65 yr old mason. He was also prompt & reliable. Out of 5 stars, I give him 6 stars. Gary from Manchester, Ct.

Daniel did an awesome job replacing our 56 year old patio and sidewalk that had cracked and heaved. Little did he know my dad made everything to last and materials he used were all industrial with 12” footers he mixed and poured himself. Tough job but Daniel worked dawn to dark finishing the job. A few mods I requested were no issue and pricing was just right. I will landscape next year.

We have spoken with many people who had stonework and paver work performed. I never expected to have the opportunity to meet somebody with such integrity and hard work ethic. His knowledge of stone and getting it to look just right was amazing and so complemented our home and our landscape. That being said his rates were very reasonable for the hard work that he puts in to do this. My kids nicknamed him “the stone whisperer” and we feel that was for a good reason as the quality is amazing!
